If cancellation is applied before 18:00 (inclusive) 2 days prior to the use date, no cancellation fee will be charged;
If cancellation is applied after 18:00 2 days prior to the use date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged;
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the pre-discount amount, up to a maximum of the actual amount paid.
