(1) Merchant provides pick‑up/drop‑off service within the range: Danyang Station (단양역) / Sonomoon Overpass (소노문육교) / Danyang Bus Terminal (단양버스터미널);

(2) Please note your arrival time and pick‑up location when placing your order;

(3) If you are more than 20 minutes late for the reserved time, pick‑up/drop‑off service will no longer be provided. Please make your own way there. Please note that no compensation will be given if you cannot use the pick‑up/drop‑off service due to lateness;

Collect tickets with your passport + booking confirmation email;

(1) Please arrive 30 minutes before the reserved time;

(2) Please wear sports shoes and comfortable casual clothing. The flight suit will be worn over your casual clothes for the experience;

(3) People aged 5 to 80 can participate. The applicable weight range is 12kg to 110kg. However, when wind conditions are strong, participation by children and the elderly or infirm may be restricted;

(4) In accordance with aviation regulations, passengers cannot fly together. Each flight consists of 1 pilot and 1 passenger as a group of 2. Children will also fly with their assigned pilot;

(5) If your reserved date and time cannot be accommodated, our customer service team will contact you via email;

(6) Experience operating hours are from sunrise to sunset. Closing times vary by season. The recommended flying time of day is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM when updrafts are stronger (weekends are the busiest times and may involve waiting);

(7) Paragliding experiences cannot be conducted under strong winds, heavy rain, or heavy snow conditions. During light snow or light rain, if the wind direction is favourable, the experience can proceed. In addition, seasonally, autumn with its abundant updrafts is the best season for flying. Danyang offers flyable weather conditions approximately 300 days out of 365 days per year;

(8) If you have health conditions such as herniated lumbar disc, heart disease, panic disorder, osteoporosis, etc., you must inform our staff in advance;

(9) When choosing the Healing (8‑9 minutes) and Special (10‑12 minutes) routes, if weather conditions are unfavourable due to wind speed, wind direction, etc., the paragliding time cannot be guaranteed to be long enough. In such cases, it will be difficult to experience the Healing and Special routes, and only the 5‑6 minute Basic and Dynamic flying routes can be experienced;
