Water activities involve high‑risk activities. Participants must sign a liability waiver before the activity;

Guests should remain vigilant at all times, pay attention to personal safety and take good care of personal belongings. The travel agency shall not be liable for any accidents or loss of property;

Participants who, due to negligence, cause damage or destruction to any equipment, tools, devices or other property during the activity (excluding normal wear and tear) shall pay the cost of repair, restoration or replacement of such items;

Participants must ensure they are in good physical condition and capable of participating in this activity;

Participants may consider purchasing personal insurance at their own discretion;

Minor participants must be accompanied by a parent/guardian;

Participants must pay attention to the instructions and demonstrations given by the guide on the day;

Participants must clearly understand that all water activities involve inherent risks; users must also have adequate physical fitness and be able to swim more than 50 metres independently without any assistance. When engaging in any water activities, users should wear a life jacket for safety;

Participants acknowledge that all water and beach activities carry certain potential risks and are responsible for their own safety;

Users acknowledge that when using Luker Sports Club sports equipment, facilities and assets, they must exercise caution to avoid any accidents or injuries. To ensure safe and correct use of the sports equipment, facilities and assets, users must follow the activity guidelines and instructions provided by Luker Sports Club staff;

Users agree that under no circumstances shall Luker Sports Club and its respective employees be liable for any death or injury to the user or any third party arising from the use of Luker Sports Club sports equipment, facilities, assets and services;

Users must take good care of their belongings, valuables and personal stored items. Users agree that under no circumstances shall Luker Sports Club and its respective employees be liable for any loss of or damage to belongings, valuables or personal stored items during the activity;

Users understand that if, due to negligence or other reasons, any sports equipment, facilities or assets are damaged, lost or destroyed during the activity, the user shall bear full responsibility and shall repair or compensate for such loss or damage;

Any adventure sports, outdoor activities or activities related to outdoor leisure, city tours and transportation between these activities involve significant inherent risk factors. These risks are inherent to the activities and cannot be eliminated without fundamentally changing the nature of the activities.

Special notice: All adventure sports and outdoor activities involve risks of personal injury, property damage or death. Participants voluntarily agree to expressly assume all injuries and risks that may result from the activity (regardless of the cause). Participants agree to wear appropriate personal protective equipment when engaging in risky activities, confirm that they are fit to operate and use the relevant equipment, and understand the purpose and function of the equipment.
