"One Adult" refers to 1 adult aged 18 or above; adult tickets cannot be used in place of children's tickets.

"One Child" refers to 1 child aged between 7 months and 12 years old with a height below 1.5 metres;

Children and adolescents over 1.5 metres tall but under 18 years of age entering the park will be counted as "One Child" and must purchase a children's ticket, read and sign the advisory notice, and be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Every Monday evening is the park's deep cleaning day;

Monday: 10:00‑18:00;

Tuesday to Sunday: 10:00‑21:00

This playground is open to children aged 7 months to 12 years old (including 12 years old) with a height not exceeding 1.5 metres. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (for safety reasons, pregnant women, minors, persons aged 65 or above, and other individuals without full civil capacity are not allowed to enter as the child's parent or guardian);

Each additional adult accompanying a child into the park must purchase an accompanying ticket (accompanying tickets must be used together with the main ticket and cannot be used separately; prices are based on the counter price, except where already included in the purchased package);

For safety and hygiene reasons, both parents and children must wear non‑slip grip socks at all times while in the park. Customers are recommended to bring their own; those without can purchase them at the front desk (CNY 5/pair);

To ensure supervision safety, the accompanying parent or guardian cannot be changed midway after entering the park. If a change is absolutely necessary due to special circumstances, both the departing and incoming parents (or guardians) must go to the park's front desk together to register and sign for confirmation;

One entry and one exit count as one complete visit. If you (the customer) leave the park for your own reasons, the visit will be considered concluded; re‑entry will require a new ticket or card swipe. If a short exit is necessary due to special circumstances, please contact the park's front desk staff to explain the situation and seek assistance;

Please do not bring the following into the park (except for baby feeding or medical reasons): (1) any items with strong odours; (2) any self‑heating or items requiring on‑site preparation;

Before entering the park, please undergo temperature monitoring and hand sanitisation. Children under 3 years old must wear diapers while in the venue. (Individuals with a body temperature exceeding 37.5°C, those with infectious diseases, skin conditions, or external injuries are not allowed entry.)

Infants under 7 months old accompanying a child with a card can enter the park for free; infants must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times;

Park staff do not provide one‑on‑one supervision; parents are the child's guardians; please take care of and supervise your child during play;

This playground is a children's play area. For the safety and experience of you and other customers, and to maintain a safe play environment, if you wish to bring food and beverages for personal consumption, please do not eat or drink inside the play area. Please also be aware that the following food and beverages, for safety reasons and potential impact on others' experience, must not be brought into the park (except for baby feeding or medical reasons): (1) any items with strong odours; (2) any self‑heating or items requiring on‑site preparation.

The voucher is valid for 31 days from the date of redemption/activation, expiring at 22:00 on the last day.
