Visitors who enter with a ticket between 18:00 and 19:15 will receive a complimentary glass of cava. Cava is served on the VIP floor.
Casa Batlló can accommodate up to 300 visitors at a time; queues may be expected during peak season (July‑September).

No luggage and/or large bags are allowed inside the venue.
Pets are allowed only with prior consent from Casa Batlló staff.
