The travel agency shall not bear any responsibility for the further onset of illness, injury, or death caused by pre‑existing medical conditions or physical disabilities during the tour. Under the current insurance company liability insurance and accident insurance clauses, such circumstances are also within the scope of the insurance company's exemption from liability. Individuals with mental illness or without behavioural control capacity cannot sign up for the tour.

The tour ends quite late on the day. It is recommended not to book trains or flights on the same day to avoid affecting your travel plans.

Our company reserves the right to adjust the order of the itinerary, but the tour content will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by force majeure factors, the travel agency will assist passengers in resolving the issue but will not bear the resulting losses. Any additional expenses incurred shall be borne by the passengers.
