All sailings are subject to change due to sea and weather conditions, especially to ensure passenger safety. In the event of cancellation due to severe weather, our liability is limited to providing an alternative sailing or a refund of an appropriate amount not exceeding the ticket price paid

South Sea Cruises shall not be held responsible if passengers arrive late at the airline counter for any reason and miss their flight

During peak season, island resorts reserve the right to refuse boarding to day‑trippers

South Sea Cruises is not liable for any loss or damage to property, or claims arising from personal injury or death, suffered by passengers while using South Sea Cruises' transportation, participating in any activity, or using any other company property. This disclaimer applies regardless of the cause

The Mana Island Day Trip is operated by South Sea Cruises Pte Limited. Any reference to the Mana Island Day Trip or South Sea Cruises refers to South Sea Cruises Pte Limited

Mana Island Resort only accepts credit cards for additional expenses; no cash payments are accepted

Please note that the ticket price does not include a fuel surcharge of FJD10 per adult and FJD5 per child aged 5‑15, payable directly to the operator on the day

Passengers departing from Port Denarau will be required to pay the fuel surcharge at check‑in and before receiving their boarding pass. Passengers returning only from the island resorts will be required to pay the fuel surcharge upon boarding and before returning to Port Denarau

Customers can pay the fuel surcharge in cash, by international debit card, or credit card. Please note that using an international card will incur an administration fee of 2.5%‑3%

In the event of force majeure such as bad weather, the operator will cancel the trip and arrange an alternative date or a refund

The activity is not suitable for bringing prams and wheelchairs

The voucher is only valid on the specified date (and time)

Please confirm with your hotel or tour desk whether a shuttle service is available and the departure time of the coach

If you miss the shuttle, you will need to arrange your own transportation at your own expense to join the day trip at Port Denarau
