All sailings are subject to change due to sea and weather conditions, particularly to ensure guest safety. In the event of a sailing cancellation due to adverse weather, our liability is limited to providing an alternative sailing or a refund of an appropriate amount not exceeding the ticket price paid.

South Sea Cruises is not responsible for missed flights due to late arrival at the airline counter, regardless of the reason.

South Sea Cruises is not liable for any claims arising from personal injury or death, or any loss or damage to property, incurred by passengers participating in South Sea Cruises tours, activities on South Sea Island, or within the premises of our other properties. This disclaimer applies regardless of the cause.

Where services such as transfers and diving are operated by other companies or personnel, South Sea Cruises acts only as a sales agent. The responsibility and obligation for operation lies with that operator.

In accordance with the 'Alcoholic Beverage Service' policy, only one alcoholic drink per person is provided when ordering at the bar on South Sea Island. The bar closes at 16:30 daily.

Diving activities have age and health restrictions, and a health questionnaire must be completed.

Do not fly within 24 hours after diving; the company is not responsible for any discomfort arising from flying after diving. All diving activities are operated by Crystal Blue Reef.
