Infants aged 0‑4 can enter for free, but please inform us at the time of booking.

(1) Do not feed marine life, step on coral reefs, or engage in behaviours that may harm the marine ecosystem;

(2) The supplier provides high‑quality safety equipment, accompanied by experienced instructors. Participants do not need swimming skills to enjoy a pleasant and safe experience;

(3) Although not mandatory, it is recommended to purchase accident/travel insurance before participating in the activity;

(4) If shore transfers, diving, and other services are operated by other companies/personnel, South Sea Cruises acts only as a sales agent, and operational responsibility lies with that operator;

(5) South Sea Island Bar follows a "Responsible Drinking" policy, serving only one alcoholic beverage per customer at a time, and ceases operations at 16:00 daily;

(6) Diving activities have age and health restrictions; please ensure you complete the health questionnaire;

(7) Do not fly within 24 hours after diving. The company is not responsible for any physical discomfort caused by flying after diving; all diving activities are operated by Crystal Blue Reef;

(8) South Sea Cruises reserves the right to cancel cruises, arrange alternative transport, and change itineraries and services when necessary; all cruise itineraries are subject to sea and weather conditions (customer safety is the primary consideration);

(9) If the itinerary is cancelled due to force majeure such as severe weather, only alternative cruises or a refund not exceeding the paid ticket price will be provided; South Sea Cruises is not responsible for missed flights due to late arrival at the airport;

(10) South Sea Cruises is not liable for any claims of property loss/damage or personal injury/death (regardless of cause) occurring on South Sea Cruises vessels, during South Sea Island activities, or within the company's premises;

(1) The activity cannot accommodate special dietary requirements (e.g., food allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian options);

(2) In the event of force majeure such as adverse weather, the supplier will cancel the itinerary and arrange a reschedule or refund;

(3) Free shuttle service is provided for day trips departing from most hotels/resorts in Nadi, Votualevu, Denarau Port, and the Coral Coast; please check with the tour desk at your hotel to confirm shuttle service and departure time;

(4) If you miss the shuttle, you will need to arrange and bear the cost of your own transport to join the itinerary;
