(3) If necessary, South Sea Sailing reserves the right to arrange alternative transport and to change itineraries and services;

(4) In case of unfavourable weather or sea conditions causing South Sea Sailing to be unable to operate, the operator will only provide an alternative sailing or a refund not exceeding the paid ticket price;

(5) All sailings are subject to change due to sea and weather conditions, especially for passenger safety;

(7) South Sea Sailing shall not be liable for any loss or damage to passengers' belongings during the trip, or for any claims arising from personal injury or death. This disclaimer applies regardless of the cause;
