(8) After a briefing on the waterfront, you will depart by boat with your guide to the snorkelling site with reef sharks; departure time varies depending on tides and sea conditions;
(9) Enjoy lunch at Barefoot Kuata Resort and use the provided facilities, which include excellent snorkelling, kayaking and scenic walking trails;

Please note that infants and children must be counted as part of the passenger numbers;
(1) Child fare applies to children aged 2 to 15 years (inclusive); infants under 2 years are free but must be advised at the time of booking; infant meals are subject to an additional charge and are to be purchased directly from the resort;
(2) Complimentary coach transfers are available for selected day tours from Nadi, Denarau and Wailoaloa hotels and resorts; please check with your hotel's tour desk regarding pick‑up availability from your hotel or resort and coach departure times; missing the coach connection will require the customer to arrange, at their own cost, to join the day tour at Port Denarau;
(3) As sharks are wild animals, the operator cannot guarantee sightings, but they have a 95% success rate in spotting sharks; if you do not see any sharks, the organiser is happy for you to return within 3 days of the original sailing date to enjoy a free snorkelling experience;
(4) If the snorkelling experience is cancelled due to adverse weather and sea conditions, an alternative snorkelling trip will be provided at Barefoot Kuata Resort;
(5) If weather and sea conditions become unfavourable, South Sea Cruises reserves the right to offload customers onto another South Sea Cruises vessel to ensure their comfort and safety, rather than completing the day on the scheduled service; if adverse conditions prevent operation, the operator's liability is limited to providing an alternative cruise or an appropriate refund not exceeding the fare paid; South Sea Cruises is not responsible for any flights missed due to late arrival at airline check‑in counters for any reason;
(6) Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings; South Sea Cruises is not liable for any property loss or damage and/or any claims arising from personal injury or death occurring during travel with the company; this disclaimer applies regardless of cause;
(7) Please note that the fuel surcharge of FJD 25 per adult and FJD 20 per child (2‑15 years) is not included in the fare and must be paid directly to the operator on the day;
(8) Passengers departing from Port Denarau are required to pay the fuel surcharge at check‑in and before boarding passes are issued; passengers travelling on inbound sectors from island resorts only will be required to pay the fuel surcharge upon boarding and before returning to Port Denarau;
(9) Customers may pay the fuel surcharge by cash, international debit card or credit card; please note that international cards are subject to a 2.5%‑3% administration fee;
