All activities, including water sports, snorkeling, and land activities, may be adjusted due to weather conditions, the COVID‑19 pandemic, or regulations from the Ministry of Health and Welfare. If the management deems it necessary, activity content may be substituted without prior notice.

If the number of participants is insufficient, lunch may be replaced with Lovo or other meals instead of a BBQ grill lunch

If the minimum group size of at least 15 adults is not reached, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the trip.

The management of Robinson Crusoe Island Tours reserves the right to cancel trips due to severe weather conditions such as cyclones and floods, as well as other natural disaster factors beyond the control of the company and the resort.

To avoid travel disruptions caused by flight delays or cancellations, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance before departure. The Fijian government currently requires travellers to purchase travel insurance; regulations may change at any time, so please stay informed.

Please note that Robinson Crusoe Island Tours will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment or belongings during any activity.

Passengers must follow all instructions when participating in activities.

Robinson Crusoe Island Tours is not liable for any delays, additional expenses, or inconveniences caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the resort's control, such as flight delays, civil unrest, natural disasters, or equipment failures.

Travellers must comply with the "Care Fiji Commitment" protocol and current government regulations, which may change at any time.

Robinson Crusoe Island Tours will make reasonable efforts to assist travellers in complying with relevant regulations, but the ultimate responsibility remains with the travellers. If travellers deliberately disregard CFC requirements or fail to cooperate with the requests of Health Ambassadors, the remaining portion of the booked trip may be voided without refund.
