Please present the e‑voucher
(1) For same‑day bookings, please book at least 4 hours before the selected transfer time;
(2) Caticlan Airport / MPH Airport to Pier private car transfer: Proceed to Counter 16 at Caticlan Airport, look for MyBoracayGuide staff holding a Klook sign, and present your Klook voucher;
(3) Free waiting time: The driver will wait for 60 minutes from the flight arrival time;
(4) Transfer service from Boracay to Caticlan Airport;
(5) Hotel pick‑up service is provided; the driver will only wait for 15 minutes, no‑show will not be refunded;
(6) Please wait at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the transfer time;
(7) Please fill in the hotel name and address on the payment page;
(1) All surcharges must be paid in cash to the driver;
(2) Luggage handling service (PHP 50‑100 / piece);
(3) Additional waiting time outside the designated departure transfer time will incur a charge of PHP150 per 15 minutes;
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the activity date (local time) for a full refund.
In case of bad weather or force majeure, the supplier may cancel the booking and arrange a reschedule or full refund.

Transfer from Caticlan Airport (MPH) to Boracay
Upon arrival, please proceed to Counter 16 and look for the MyBoracayGuide team holding a Klook sign. Present your Klook voucher.
• Van: From the airport to Caticlan Jetty Port or Tabon Port (depending on weather conditions)
• Outrigger boat: From Caticlan Jetty Port to Boracay (approximately 15 ‑ 20 minutes)
• Van / E‑jeep / L300 / Electric tricycle: From Cagban or Tambisaan Jetty Port, will drop you off at the main road location nearest to your hotel
• Please note that the MyBoracayGuide team will also send you an email directly with the meeting point and booking confirmation details
