Look for the guide holding an activity sign and arrive 30 minutes before departure time.

The return location during peak season is on the white sand beach in front of Astoria Boracay, and during the rainy season at Moksha Cafe, Bolabog, Boracay. Available return times are from 09:30 to 16:00, with slots every half hour, depending on the booked departure time and itinerary duration.

Luggage storage and delivery services are not provided. Guests are required to sign a liability waiver including activity risk disclosure. The experience may be cancelled if sea conditions are poor, and children may not be able to participate if winds are too strong. During the rainy season (June to September), low tide may cause itinerary delays.

It is not recommended for those with conditions such as high blood pressure or epilepsy to participate. Smoking and drinking are prohibited at the activity site; violators will be immediately asked to leave.

It is recommended to bring swimwear to participate in the activity.
