Chimelong Tourism Group hotels implement floating prices (i.e., Chimelong official daily real‑time price updates). When making a reservation, a certain surcharge amount will be added based on the official Chimelong price to successfully confirm the booking; for the differential, the final differential price shown on the booking page shall prevail!

(1) Reservation must be made at least 1 day in advance. (2) The ticket is valid for one entry on the specified usage date.

(1) The "Boat Exploration Mystery Journey" attraction within the park requires an additional fee for the boat ride experience. Summer special ‑ Boat Service (including 1 feeding experience) is available at RMB 35/person/time (including 1 boat ride, 1 sardine interaction of approx. 75g). If prices change, the on‑site park announcement shall prevail. For details, please consult park staff. (2) Exclusive guided tours, little zookeeper experiences, reptile exploration camps, animal feeding, item and luggage storage, power banks, designated photo spots, and other value‑added services, as well as dining and merchandise consumption prices within the park, are subject to on‑site park announcements.

(1) For the same park/theatre, a purchaser using the same valid ID document may purchase a maximum of 3 tickets for the same usage date, and a maximum of 30 tickets within the same calendar year (excluding children's tickets). (2) For cases where one or more tickets are purchased using the same ID document for the same date and same park/circus venue, the ID holder must personally use one of the tickets for park entry, and accompanying visitors booked under the same ID must also enter the park or venue simultaneously with the ID holder for ticket validation.

(1) Chimelong Resort has implemented an entry policy requiring the scanning of a valid mainland Chinese Resident Identity Card (2nd Generation) original; visitors must bring the original valid mainland Chinese Resident Identity Card matching the order; entry is granted only after successful identity verification. Please ensure the ID information of the visitors/users filled in during booking is accurate, truthful, and complete. Any inability to verify, enter, or losses incurred due to inaccurate or false information submitted shall be borne by the user. *For child visitors, please use the accompanying adult visitor's ID for booking and enter the park together with that adult. (2) If your ID document is not a mainland Chinese Resident Identity Card (2nd Generation) (e.g., Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan Residence Permit for Mainland Travel, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, etc.), you must fill in truthful and valid ID information when purchasing tickets. On the entry date, bring the original valid ID document used for booking to the park's manual ticketing counter to obtain a ticket or voucher, and proceed to the park entrance with the original valid ID document and relevant voucher for identity, ticket, and document verification. (3) For visitors enjoying ticket discounts, if age verification is required for entry, please present the following original valid identification documents for age verification to confirm eligibility according to the ticket's age definition standards. Mainland Chinese visitors must present the "People's Republic of China Resident Identity Card"; visitors from Hong Kong and Macau must present the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents" or the "People's Republic of China Hong Kong and Macau Residence Permit"; visitors from Taiwan must present the "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents" or the "People's Republic of China Taiwan Residence Permit"; visitors from other countries and regions must present a valid passport. If you do not meet the corresponding standards, you will need to pay the price difference for the applicable ticket. (4) If on the day of visit you are unable to validate the ticket due to forgetting, losing, damaging, or other issues with the ID document, please present other documents with photo and ID number used during booking, such as temporary ID card, driving license, social security card, etc., at the respective park or circus ticket office for identity verification and ticket collection. (5) Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a visitor aged 16 or above for entry.

(1) To ensure public safety, all visitors (spectators) entering Chimelong theme parks and circus performance venues must undergo security checks. Please proactively open your carry‑on bags for security inspection. The carrying of controlled instruments, firearms and ammunition, flammable and explosive items, and other prohibited articles as stipulated by laws and regulations is strictly prohibited. (2) To ensure the safety of zoo animals, except for baby food and an appropriate amount of drinking water for personal consumption, Chimelong Bird Paradise does not allow visitors to bring in other food and beverages. (3) Some facilities have height and physical requirements for participation. Please consider your own health condition before participating. (4) For the safety of other children, the use of "child safety tether harnesses" is prohibited within the park. The use of selfie sticks is prohibited on rides and in crowded areas during gatherings. (5) The entry of scooters, roller skates, motorized vehicles, non‑motorized vehicles, and pushchairs with safety hazards is not permitted. (6) Under severe weather conditions that cannot ensure safe operation of equipment (such as lightning, rain/snow, hail, heavy fog, torrential rain, typhoons, etc.), some large outdoor amusement rides will be suspended, and park performances may be temporarily or partially cancelled. (7) Regulations on bringing carriers and vehicles: Visitors are prohibited from bringing the following carriers, vehicles, or any conveyance with wheels into Chimelong Resort parks and circus venues (except for push strollers, manual wheelchairs, and electric wheelchairs that comply with national standard GB/T12996‑2024 "Electric Wheelchair" with a maximum speed ≤ 15 KM/H), including but not limited to: ● Campers ● Handcarts or wheeled transport tools ● Trailer‑type items (whether pushed, pulled, or towed by electric or manual means) ● Bicycles or children's tricycles ● Suitcases with child seats ● Skateboards, scooters, inline skates, wheeled coolers, etc. (8) Dogs and other pets are not allowed in the park, except for qualified guide dogs. Visually impaired persons bringing qualified guide dogs into the park must comply with park regulations and follow staff instructions. Rules for guide dogs entering the resort: These rules apply to visually impaired persons who need to bring guide dogs into Chimelong Resort. Most operating areas within Chimelong Resort allow and welcome certified guide dogs. Before entering operating premises within Chimelong Resort (parks, hotels, circus venues), visually impaired persons should present their disability certificate, guide dog work permit, animal health immunization certificate, and dog registration certificate. After entering the resort, please ensure the guide dog is always wearing its guide harness and is under the owner's leash. The resort currently cannot provide guide dog storage or care services; it is recommended to travel with friends or family. Some resort areas or facilities (such as water play areas in parks and hotels, and areas/facilities that may cause stress responses in guide dogs or other animals within the park/venue) may restrict guide dog entry. Specific restricted areas, facilities, and times are subject to on‑site regulations of each park, circus venue, and hotel; please consult on‑site staff and follow their advice. (9) Photography, videography, audio recording, and live streaming: 1. Out of respect for the privacy rights of visitors within the park and for park management needs, without written consent from the park/hotel, commercial‑related photography, videography, audio recording, etc., are prohibited, as is the use of improperly captured images or audio/video for commercial purposes. 2. Without written consent from the park/hotel, commercial live streaming activities are prohibited within the park and hotel. 3. Without written consent from the park/hotel, the use of cameras and video cameras that may pose safety risks to others, affect the visitor experience, or hinder park or hotel operations is prohibited within the park and hotel, including but not limited to the following types of professional photography/videography auxiliary equipment: tripods, any extendable selfie sticks and stabilizers, lighting equipment, etc. 4. Without written consent from the park/hotel, operating drones, remote‑controlled aircraft, and other flying devices within the park or hotel public areas is prohibited. 5. Without prior permission, any interviewing activities are prohibited, including but not limited to photography, videography, audio recording, and interviewing visitors, staff, and performers. 6. The use of selfie sticks is prohibited on all amusement rides; the use of selfie sticks is restricted in all animal exhibit areas.
