Booking Policy

Disney Ticket Instructions

(1) Free for children under 3 years old. (2) Enter the park with the ID card provided at the time of order. (3) This ticket does not require collection; you can enter the park directly. (4) Park entry time: 9:00 – 20:00 (All Shanghai Disneyland times are for reference only). (5) Park entry location: Shanghai Disneyland, Pudong New District, Shanghai. (6) Validity period: Valid for 1 day on the specified visit date. (If the ticket user enters the park multiple times during the visit, they must show the ticket, and the park staff will verify if it is the user themselves.)

Package Usage Instructions

In addition to the selected hotels included in the package, the list of partner hotels is subject to regular updates based on actual circumstances. Please refer to the latest information on the booking website. Each package must be used in one go and cannot be used separately. If some package contents cannot be provided due to seasonality, sell‑out, or other force majeure, the merchant will replace them with equivalent contents.
