Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. Features picturesque streetscapes with white‑walled storehouses, Namako walls, and willow‑lined avenues. The many old traditional buildings and the charming water town atmosphere along the Kurashiki River captivate visitors from all over.

Okayama Korakuen Garden. Centred around the "Entei‑tei" living quarters, it features a Noh stage, ponds, hills, plum groves, and tea fields, and is one of the rare Japanese gardens with an open, expansive lawn style.

Achi Shrine (Hana Hana Shrine). The original "Hana Musubi Mamori" charm originates from the "Achi Fuji" wisteria at Achi Shrine, which is also the largest wisteria trellis in Japan. It blooms for about a week every May, drawing many people with its stunning dreamy purple waterfall‑like scenery.

Okayama Castle. A castle from the end of the Sengoku period that embodies both a sense of peace and warfare.

Kibitsu Shrine. The shrine's main highlight is a grand 360‑metre‑long corridor. Walking along the straight, extending corridor, you can enjoy seasonal flowers on both sides. Particularly worth seeing is the Hydrangea Garden in June, when 1,500 hydrangeas are in full bloom.

Taking a beautiful photo of the Seto Ohashi Bridge is a dream for photography enthusiasts. Head to the Yoshima Service Area at the central point of the Seto‑Chuo Expressway's strait section. From the observation deck in the car park, you can overlook the spectacular views of the Seto Inland Sea and the Seto Ohashi Bridge.
