The voucher is valid for 90 days from the order confirmation date, expiring at 23:59 on the last day
Please present the e‑voucher
(1) Free for children aged 0‑1;
(2) One adult holding a rail pass can bring up to two children aged 1‑5 for free, provided the children do not occupy a seat. From the third child onwards, each child requires a child rail ticket;
(3) JR Pass is only applicable to non‑Japanese passport holders with a 'Temporary Visitor' visa. Non‑Japanese passport holders with permanent residency in Japan are not eligible;
(4) Please obtain the 'Temporary Visitor' stamp/sticker upon entry to legally use the JR Pass. If you use the automated gate, you will not be able to obtain the aforementioned stamp/sticker;
(1) Please go to the green ticket machine, scan the e‑ticket QR code and the non‑Japanese passport to collect the physical ticket;
(2) You can also exchange your regional pass for a reserved seat ticket here;
(3) ※If the ticket machine malfunctions or your passport does not have an IC chip, please go to the JR West ticket office to exchange for a physical ticket;
(1) You can reserve seats at the ticket office through station staff;
(2) You must exchange your JR Pass before you can select seats;
Okayama‑Hiroshima‑Yamaguchi Area Pass
Partial refund policy: Physical tickets after redemption can be cancelled at JR ticket offices (Midori-no-madoguchi) with a 10% handling fee of the retail price.
The voucher can be used within the redemption period. No refund will be provided if the voucher/ticket has been redeemed or has expired.
A 0% cancellation fee will be charged for order cancellation before voucher redemption.

With this pass, you can enjoy unlimited rides on the designated transport network in the area for 5 consecutive days. This pass allows you to conveniently reach major destinations, save costs on multiple trips, and explore the historical, cultural, and natural attractions of the region.
Which Shinkansen and JR trains are included?
The JR Okayama‑Hiroshima‑Yamaguchi Area Rail Pass allows travel on various trains within the designated area. It covers reserved seats on the bullet train "Sanyo Shinkansen" operating between Okayama and Hakata, including the Hello Kitty Shinkansen. It also includes reserved seats on limited express trains. This pass is also valid for special express, rapid, and local trains on JR West regular lines. Additionally, it can be used for the JR West Miyajima Ferry between Miyajimaguchi and Miyajima, as well as the China JR Route Bus and "EKIRIN" bicycle rental shops within the pass coverage area.
What is not included in the JR Okayama‑Hiroshima‑Yamaguchi Area Rail Pass? The JR Okayama‑Hiroshima‑Yamaguchi Area Pass is not valid for certain trains, such as the "Sanyo Shinkansen" between Okayama and Shin‑Osaka, and regular line trains on Kyushu Island.
