Transportation includes: airport shuttle from Caticlan Airport to Cagban Jetty Port, speedboat from Cagban Jetty Port to Boracay, shuttle van to Boracay hotel;

Instant confirmation upon booking. If no confirmation message is received, contact customer service;

Valid only on the designated date and time. Present the e‑voucher for use;

Same‑day bookings must be placed at least 24 hours before pick‑up time;

Hotel name, address, and flight arrival date must be filled in on the payment page;

Airport: Driver will wait up to 60 minutes after flight arrival;

Hotel: Arrive at lobby 10 minutes before pick‑up time. Driver will wait up to 10 minutes. No refund for late arrival;

For both domestic and international flights: After collecting luggage and clearing customs, proceed to the Southwest Tourism Service Counter next to Window 5 at the Arrivals Hall of Godofredo P. Ramos Airport;

Extra baggage: PHP 250 per piece, payable in cash directly to the driver;

In case of force majeure or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel. You may choose to reschedule or request a refund;

If unable to use the service due to force majeure delays, a full refund will be granted if notification is given within 1 hour of arrival;

No refund for redeemed vouchers;
