The voucher is valid within 334 days from the order confirmation date, expiring at 23:59 on the last day.

The M‑Pass must be activated within 3 months (for UK residents) or 11 months (for international visitors to the UK) after purchase.

Please present the e‑voucher

After purchasing the pass, you will receive a confirmation email containing the activation link.

When you are ready to use the pass, click the activation link, select your travel date and complete the check‑in process.

Please download the M‑Pass directly to your mobile phone before departure.

You are required to show the M‑Pass on your mobile phone to staff at stations and on trains; please also present a valid photo ID.

The M‑Pass must be activated within 3 months (for UK residents) or 11 months (for international visitors to the UK) after purchase.

Once activated, your journey will begin on the first day of travel.

Please note: If you have purchased a flexible day pass, such as the Highland Rover (any 4 days within 8 days), you must download a separate PDF voucher for each day of travel.

Upgrade to first class is not available

Train seat reservations can be made online up to 12 weeks in advance

You can book Citylink buses via 0871‑266‑3333, at least 24 hours before departure, with a booking fee of GBP 1.50.
