(1) Intoxicated persons may be refused entry or denied services, and no refund will be given;

(5) Group size is 20 persons or more. If you wish to apply for a group visit, please use the enquiry form on the felissimo Chocolate Museum website;
(6) To avoid overcrowding, we have set a limit on the number of visitors per time slot, but after opening, there will be other guests checking in between 11:00‑11:30 and 13:30‑15:00. Compared to other times of the day, these periods are busier. When applying, please refer to the reception/booking time as a reference;
(7) Some facilities and activity venues may be closed due to seasonal reasons;
Cancellation before 18:00 on the day prior to the participation time after order confirmation: no cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation from 18:00 on the day prior to the participation time: 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation after the participation time: 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
