Located in Amsterdam, "This is Holland" is a high‑tech immersive tourist attraction that offers visitors a unique aerial perspective to explore the Netherlands. It has become a must‑visit experiential attraction in Amsterdam in recent years.

The experience centre is located at Overhoeksplein, next to the EYE Film Museum and the A'DAM Tower. Its distinctive cylindrical shape makes it easily recognisable from afar. Getting there is also very convenient — you can take a free ferry from behind Amsterdam Central Station and walk for just a few minutes after disembarking, making it extremely friendly for independent travellers.

The entire experience lasts about 60 minutes and is divided into a preparation phase and the core flight experience. Upon entering, visitors watch two short films introducing the history of the Netherlands, its development story of coexisting with water, and the background of the sights that will appear during the flight, adding depth to the subsequent experience. Afterwards, visitors step onto suspended seats two storeys high, fasten their seatbelts, and are lifted off the ground as the giant dome theatre kicks off the flight.

The core 9‑minute 5D flight is full of surprises: seats sway in sync with the visuals, simulating the real sensations of climbing, diving and turning; wind and mist effects respond as scenes change, and when flying over tulip fields, you can even catch a faint floral scent — a multi‑sensory collaboration that creates a truly immersive experience.
