Participants must be at least 8 years old; children aged 8‑17 must be accompanied by a paying adult; discounted tickets are available for children aged 8‑17, students, persons with disabilities, and job seekers.

Visitors will be divided into groups of up to 3 people for the experience.

Please do not bring your phone or watch during the experience; they can be stored in the provided lockers.

The visual content has no subtitles, but those wearing hearing aids can listen; the volume can be adjusted before starting.

For those wearing corrective glasses, staff will assist in adjusting the equipment before the experience.

This equipment is not compatible with baby carriers or strollers.

This activity is not suitable for individuals with epilepsy or heart disease. Intoxicated persons may be refused entry without a refund.

This activity is wheelchair accessible. The accessible entrance is located at 56 rue Chateau d'eau, Bordeaux, postcode 33000.
