You must be able to stand during the flight

You must be able to climb a 1.2‑metre ladder into the hot air balloon basket without assistance

Guests with health concerns or requiring accessibility facilities should consult a doctor or specialist before booking

Guests whose judgment is impaired by alcohol, drugs or prescription medication are not allowed to ride the hot air balloon

Due to weight and safety restrictions, handbags and backpacks are not allowed on the hot air balloon; please do not bring large luggage

Digital photos will be provided for every flight unless the camera malfunctions; no compensation or refund will be given if the camera malfunctions

This activity is not recommended for pregnant women

This activity is not suitable for bringing pushchairs and wheelchairs

Long trousers and closed‑toe shoes are recommended

High heels, slippers or skirts are not allowed

Bring a jacket as the weather is cooler when the sun rises; avoid wearing white clothing

If the flight is between April and October (winter), warm clothing is recommended to prevent catching a cold

For other months, due to the heat generated by the balloon burner, warm clothing may not be necessary

All drivers wear T‑shirts with the Hot Air logo, and all buses have clear markings

Pick‑up times are early morning and vary between summer and winter

Provide a smartphone number at the time of payment; on the day of travel, you will receive a link in the morning. This link will precisely locate the driver, bus and estimated pick‑up time via the hot air balloon supplier, allowing you to stay updated with accurate real‑time information at all times
