(2) All treatment services must be booked at least one week in advance and are subject to availability;

(3) Once the booking is confirmed, the time and date cannot be changed or cancelled, otherwise it will be considered as the service being used;

(4) Please arrive at the spa 10‑15 minutes before the appointment time; the treatment time starts from the appointment time, including the customer's shower and changing time;

(5) If you fail to arrive on time, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly; if you are more than 30 minutes late, the booking will be cancelled and considered as used;

(6) This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and vouchers;

(7) All purchased treatment services are non‑refundable, non‑transferable, cannot be extended, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods;

(8) The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of order confirmation, expiring at 18:00 on the last day;
