2. Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the activity starts;

3. If the order fails or is rejected, a full refund can be processed;

4. In case of lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, no refund will be given;

5. If the product is damaged or has quality issues, please contact customer service as soon as possible and provide photo/video evidence;

6. Please note that rescheduling, order changes, or refunds are subject to availability and discretion;
