The order of the itinerary may vary depending on availability and your start date, but Day 1 (Cradle Mountain), Day 2 (Wineglass Bay) and Day 4 (Hobart Highlights) are fixed.
The full 6‑day experience starts every Wednesday, so please arrange your arrival accordingly. Hotel pick‑up is available from some locations, but the pick‑up time and exact location may vary depending on your accommodation. The Hobart Highlights tour operates on Saturdays only.

Departure: 06:45 ‑ 08:00, hotel pick‑up. If you cannot arrive at the pick‑up point during the confirmed time, please contact the tour operator in advance.
No‑shows or late arrivals will not be refunded. This is a shared transfer service; actual pick‑up time may be earlier or later.
