(1) Children aged 0‑1 are free of charge;

(2) Children aged 0‑12 must be accompanied by a paying adult;

(3) Children aged 13 and above are charged the same as adults;

(4) This activity requires a minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum number is not reached, we will arrange an alternative date or a full refund;

(1) Round‑trip hotel transfer service is provided;

(2) The supplier will confirm the pick‑up time with you in advance;

(3) Shared transfer times may be earlier or later than scheduled;

(4) Please wait at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the pick‑up time;

(5) Please fill in the hotel name and address on the payment page;

(6) Pick‑up location: Kuala Lumpur city centre and Bukit Bintang area;

(7) Pick‑up time: 05:30;

(8) Driver details and pick‑up time will be sent via email before 8:00 PM one day before the visit date;

(9) If the vehicle is delayed for more than 10 minutes, please call the emergency contact number +6019‑339 8699 immediately, and we will coordinate for you promptly;

(10) Beyond coverage area: Gather at the main entrance of Berjaya Times Square (in front of Starbucks Coffee);

(11) For pick‑up at locations outside the hotel list, an additional surcharge of at least MYR 50 or more per person per trip (depending on distance) is required, payable in cash directly to the driver;

(1) Luggage delivery service is not provided;

(2) This activity is not recommended for individuals with back problems;

(3) You must be able to walk on unpaved or uneven terrain;

(4) Please ensure your phone number remains switched on and reachable during the trip;

(5) If you are prone to motion sickness, it is recommended to prepare in advance to avoid affecting your travel experience;

(6) Not recommended for individuals with conditions such as high blood pressure or epilepsy;

(7) Special dietary requirements (e.g., food allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian, etc.) can be accommodated upon request;
