(1) Children aged 0‑12 must be accompanied by a paying adult;

(2) Children aged 0‑1 may join this activity for free;

(3) Please note that infants and children must be counted in the passenger number;

(4) Children aged 13 and above are charged the same as adults;

(5) A minimum of 2 participants is required for this activity. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund;

(1) Round‑trip hotel transfer service is provided;

(2) Shared transfer times may be earlier or later than scheduled;

(3) Please wait at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the pickup time;

(4) Please fill in the hotel name and address on the payment page;

(5) No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no‑shows;

(6) The supplier will re‑confirm your pickup time and driver information via email before 8:00 PM (GMT+8) on the day prior to the experience date;

(7) This price only includes round‑trip transfers from hotels within the Kuala Lumpur Golden Triangle area (excluding Pudu area);

(8) The driver will depart on time. If passengers are late for the pickup time, it will be considered a no‑show and no refund will be issued;

(9) For pickups outside the listed hotel areas, an additional surcharge of at least MYR 50 or more per person per trip will apply (fee depends on distance), payable directly to the driver in cash;

(10) For pickups outside Kuala Lumpur city centre and Bukit Bintang area (suburban hotels), additional charges will apply (surcharge rates and pickup times will depend on the pickup location). Surcharges must be paid directly to the driver in cash. The surcharge rate will be advised by the local tour operator via email;

(1) Please provide a valid email address. We will send you the driver information via email 1 day before the departure date;

(2) Pickup time and driver information will be notified by email on the evening before the activity date. Please check your email (including inbox and spam/junk folder) after 8:00 PM on the day before the activity;

(3) If your hotel is not within the pickup coverage area, you may choose the nearest hotel as the pickup point, or book the "Designated Meeting Point" option and gather at the main entrance of Berjaya Times Square (in front of Starbucks Coffee);
