(1) Persons with disabilities and pregnant women can join this itinerary, but please note that the itinerary includes long walks;
(2) Free shuttle service is applicable for hotels/residences within a 5km radius of the Petronas Twin Towers, as most hotels are concentrated in that area;
(3) Please note that the elephant bathing experience is limited and must be booked directly upon arrival at the sanctuary. The experience will be cancelled in case of bad weather or high river water levels;
(4) The cost for the elephant bathing experience is to be borne by yourself (RM10 per person, payable on‑site to the park);
(5) The Luru Eco Park is closed every Friday, and no compensation or alternative arrangement will be provided;
(6) Driver information will be sent via WhatsApp before 21:00 on the day prior to the itinerary;
(7) If you are staying outside the Kuala Lumpur city centre, please take a taxi/Grab to the Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur and wait there. If you require pick‑up from a suburban hotel, you may negotiate the fee with the local operator and pay directly at the time of pick‑up;
