Please present your e‑voucher

(1) Monday to Friday: 11:00‑22:00;

(2) Saturday to Sunday: 10:00‑22:00;

(3) Public Holidays: 10:00‑22:00;

(1) Participants must be at least 3 years old to join this activity;

(2) Passengers aged 18 or below must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and present a valid ID for verification;

(3) Height must be over 107 cm for bodyboarding experience, and over 122 cm for FlowRider stand‑up surfing;

(4) Weight must be over 20 kg to join the surfing experience;

(1) Group size: 1‑14 persons;

(2) Maximum 7 participants per lane;

(3) If the number of participants exceeds 8, double lanes will be opened;

(1) All participants attending surfing lessons must present a valid government‑issued ID;

(2) Please arrive at least 1 hour before the scheduled ride time;

(3) All players must sign a liability waiver before entering the FlowRider;

(4) Towel rental service is available at the venue;

(5) Free locker service is provided for the first hour of the surfing experience;

(6) Please keep an eye on your personal belongings at the surf park. FlowRider 1 Utama is not responsible for any damaged or stolen personal items;

(7) If you bring food and drinks into the surf park, please note that a cleaning fee may be charged;

(8) Weekday tickets are not applicable on public holidays;

(9) Weekend tickets are applicable on weekends and public holidays;

(10) Please call at least 2 hours in advance to reserve your preferred time slot;
