Business Hours: 08:30‑18:00

(1) The bicycle is suitable for leisure sightseeing, not for extreme sports, and cannot be used on mountain bike trails on Pulau Ketam;

(2) If the bicycle or any parts are damaged, the repair cost will be borne by the rider. The amount will be determined by the operator after inspection;

(3) Failure to return the bicycle on time will incur a late return fee;

(4) This activity does not provide insurance. Customers shall not hold the operator liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including death) to persons or property caused by the use of the rented bicycle and equipment. You agree to indemnify the operator against any claims, interest, demands, or costs arising from such injury or damage;

(5) In the event of a puncture, please return to the shop for a tyre replacement;

(6) Please note: during the rental period, the hirer is fully responsible for any damage, accidents, traffic violations, or negligence;
