Full‑charge range is approximately 50‑80 km, which may vary depending on battery condition and riding habits

Only light carry‑on luggage is allowed; the footboard width is approximately 21 cm

The renter must provide a valid heavy motorcycle driving licence and a valid ID document

For foreign visitors without a Taiwan driving licence, please confirm by phone before placing an order. Eligibility will be determined based on the reciprocal‑country international driving permit regulations announced by the Taiwan Motor Vehicle Supervision Office

Please specify the rental date and time in the remarks on the payment page; the rental period starts from the actual vehicle pick‑up time on the day

After completing the order, please register on the system and upload your documents first to shorten the pick‑up process

Rental is calculated on a 24‑hour basis; overtime charges apply, at TWD 110 per hour. Overtime of 4 hours or more will be charged as one day's rental fee

The scooter must be returned to the original pick‑up store. It is recommended to take photos of the vehicle from all four sides upon return to avoid any subsequent disputes

Helmets must be worn at all times; riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited

The vehicle is not suitable for boarding with prams or wheelchairs

The scooter must not be lent to others during the rental period; the documents must belong to the renter himself/herself

Please comply with traffic regulations. The event organiser is not liable for any loss or traffic violations caused by the renter

In the event of an accident, vehicle damage, theft or any other incident, the scene must be preserved and the police must be notified immediately for a report. Do not settle privately, and notify the rental store immediately for assistance; otherwise, the renter shall bear full liability for compensation

The vehicle must be properly maintained. Any obvious damage or destruction will be claimed according to the cost of the damaged parts

All vehicles are covered by compulsory motorcycle insurance

Travel accident insurance is available on‑site in cooperation with the insurance company, and can be purchased as an optional add‑on

An additional NT$100 safety insurance plan can also be purchased on‑site, covering body panel damage up to TWD 10,000 when the scooter is parked. Damage caused by tipping over or traffic accidents is not covered. You may choose whether to purchase this add‑on

All package fees do not include parking fees, other personal expenses or traffic fines
