【Booking Method】：Select date, number of participants, and enter the name of one user to place the order;
【How to Use】：After successful payment, check your email or mobile message, present the QR code of the e‑ticket to exchange for a ticket at the ticket office before entering the gate;
【Operating Hours】：Sessions are available every 30 minutes from 08:30 to 14:30. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the activity time. No refunds will be given for late or no‑show participants;
【Location】：33 An Thuong 4, Ngu Hanh Son district, Da Nang;
【Inclusions】：As per the selected package description;
【Exclusions】：Tips, insurance, wetsuit, and other personal expenses;
【Age Requirement】：Participants must be 15 years old or above.
【Reminder】：The best time to book a surfing course is from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Free cancellation is available 48 hours before the activity starts;
In case of adverse weather or force majeure, the supplier may cancel the activity and arrange a reschedule or full refund;
Partial refund policy: If cancelled one day before the activity date, a 50% refund will be issued;
If late by more than 20 minutes, no refund will be provided.
