【Booking Method】:Select date, number of persons, enter the name of one user, and proceed to place the order.
【How to Use】:After successful payment, check the email or SMS, present the QR code of the e‑ticket at the ticket counter to exchange for a physical ticket before entering.
【Opening Hours】:Monday to Sunday 08:30 ‑ 17:30, last entry at 15:00.

【Age Policy】:Children under 99 cm in height can join for free, but must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. Children aged 10 and above are charged the same as adults.
【Important Reminders】:
1. Outside food and drinks are prohibited.
2. The park is equipped with barrier‑free facilities, allowing pregnant women to enjoy their visit with peace of mind. However, more challenging activities such as the mud wrestling arena or riverside trails are not recommended for persons with reduced mobility or pregnant women.
3. Each mud bath pool is suitable for 3 ‑ 4 persons. For a private mud bath (1 person per pool) with unlimited time, an additional fee of 100,000 Vietnamese Dong is required. The surcharge shall be paid on‑site at the mud bath area.
