Please do not wear perfume as these animals are sensitive to scents. Also, do not feed the animals with human food or any food not explicitly permitted by park rangers and staff.

Please note that these are wild animals. Follow the instructions of the guide and driver to avoid injury.

This activity requires a basic level of fitness. This activity is also suitable for wheelchair users. Adelaide Zoo offers pram rental and Zu‑baru strollers for young children. Feel free to ask the friendly on‑site staff for rental arrangements if needed.

Your ticket allows re‑entry to the zoo on the same day. If you wish to re‑enter, remember to bring your ticket or consult staff before leaving.

Bus: There is a free bus stop outside the zoo gate, accessible via the Adelaide Metro 99c bus. Please visit the Adelaide Metro website for more details. The Connector Bus, running every half hour, passes through Adelaide Oval and multiple UPark car parks in the city.

Car: Metered parking spaces are available on Plane Tree Drive, War Memorial Drive, and Frome Road, subject to availability. All metered parking is managed by the Adelaide Botanic Garden or Adelaide City Council. No parking is available within Adelaide Zoo.
