Free cancellation before voucher redemption; once printed, tickets are non‑refundable and non‑replaceable if lost. Sihcao Green Tunnel boat tickets and Taijiang Sightseeing Boat tickets are non‑exchangeable once purchased. Each product is valid for single use only.

Valid for 365 days from the order confirmation date, expiring at 23:59 on the last day. After redemption, tickets must be used on the same day; expired tickets are invalid.

Green Tunnel operating hours: 8:00~16:00, round trip takes approximately 30 minutes. Boat departs once there are 30 passengers, or after a 30‑minute wait. Departs on a non‑fixed schedule; additional boats may be arranged depending on weather, on‑site ticket sales, or group bookings.

Winter season (after White Dew until Qingming Festival): operating hours 08:00‑16:30

Capacity is regulated. It is recommended to arrive before 15:30 for better boat arrangement.

Please proceed to the designated partner redemption point. Show the e‑voucher to scan the QR code at the self‑service kiosk to obtain a paper ticket. Then proceed to the waiting area to board the boat with the paper ticket.

Partner redemption point: Sihcao Dazhong Temple Information Counter. Address: Tainan Sihcao Green Tunnel (No. 360, Dazhong Road, Annan District, Tainan City).

Seats are not assigned. Please queue up at the waiting area to board. Redemption must be completed before boarding.

No luggage storage facilities available on site. Pets are not allowed.

Each e‑ticket is valid for one person only. The venue may become crowded during holidays and the Lunar New Year period. It is recommended to arrive early for on‑site ticket exchange and queuing.

Groups of 30 or more must make a reservation in advance. Please contact Sihcao Dazhong Temple (06‑2841610) for better boat scheduling.

This activity is not suitable for strollers and wheelchair users.
