5‑seater car: Toyota Camry, maximum capacity of 4 passengers and 2 standard‑sized suitcases.

9‑seater car: VW T5, maximum capacity of 8 passengers and 6 standard‑sized suitcases.

Pets, snowboards, surfboards, wheelchairs, golf bags, or other large items are not allowed in the vehicle; if the group size or luggage quantity exceeds the vehicle's standard capacity, the driver has the right to refuse service, and no refund will be given.

Note: Standard luggage size is 29 inches; 1 large luggage item will be counted as 2 items.

Infants and children are counted as passengers; child seats can be provided upon request, with each child seat counting as 1 passenger; eating and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle.

From January 19 to January 29, 2023, an additional charge of $150 will be added to each trip, payable in cash by the passenger to the driver on the day.

From February 14 to February 22, 2026, an additional charge of NT$150 will be added to each trip, payable in cash by the passenger to the driver on the day.

All surcharges must be paid directly in cash to the driver.

Child seat: TWD100 per seat.

Overtime waiting: free within 10 minutes. The charge for every 30 minutes thereafter has two rates: TWD200 and TWD150. On‑site waiting follows other rules: free within 15 minutes of the designated order time; surcharge of $150 for +16‑30 minutes; surcharge of $300 for +31‑45 minutes, and so on.

Other area surcharges: To be confirmed based on the actual address; the supplier will call to confirm upon receiving the order.

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation 24 hours before the activity starts; failure to show up on time and inability to contact will be considered a No Show, and no refund will be given.

Change Policy: Changes to trip details (e.g., departure time) must be notified and confirmed 12 hours before the activity; changes are not accepted within 12 hours; for changes to the pick‑up time, please request one day in advance. Same‑day changes are subject to the driver's schedule; the originally agreed pick‑up time is only guaranteed.

Validity Period: The voucher is only valid for the specified date and time.

Verification Method: Please present the electronic voucher.

The driver will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes. If the passenger does not show up, the driver will leave and no refund will be given; if more than 20 minutes have passed and the passenger cannot be contacted, it will be considered a No Show. No refund will be given for lateness or No Show.

Note: On‑site, the free waiting period is 15 minutes from the scheduled time. After 15 minutes, if the passenger cannot be contacted, it will be considered a No Show, and the full fee will be charged with no refund.

If the passenger contacts the driver to explain the delay and requests to wait, a waiting fee of $150 will be charged for every 15 minutes after the free period.
