(1) The voucher is valid within 334 days from the order confirmation date, expiring at 23:59 on the last day;
(2) The pass must be activated within 11 months from the purchase date;

The e‑voucher will be sent to your email within 24 hours after order confirmation
(1) After order confirmation, you will receive the pass voucher, which includes an activation link for each passenger. Please activate your pass before boarding the train; the voucher alone is not valid for boarding;
(2) Once you have confirmed your travel date, you can activate the voucher. To activate, click the activation link on the voucher, select your travel date, and complete the check‑in process;
(3) After activation, please check your email for the M‑Pass (e‑ticket) and download it;
(4) On the day of travel, please present your M‑Pass at the ticket gate with a barcode reader, or show your M‑Pass to staff at the side gate or on the train;
(5) Once the rail pass is activated, no refund or change is allowed;
(1) The BritRail Pass is valid from 00:00 to 24:00 (midnight to midnight) on the selected travel day;
(2) If the rail pass holder is taking an overnight train with sleeper service, the date for the second day must be entered;
(1) Seat reservations are generally not required for train travel in the UK, except for overnight trains;
(2) Reservations will incur additional charges;
(3) Please reserve seats on the train operator's official website or at the National Rail ticket office;

Cancellation before voucher redemption is eligible for an 85% refund. Please contact customer service for details.
Unused standard tickets may be refunded within 1 year from the purchase date.
For BritRail Pass mobile version (M-Pass), once the passenger clicks "Activate>Activate" on the activation website, no refund will be issued.
No refund will be issued if the ticket is lost, stolen, or damaged.
