Booking Eligibility

(1) Child pass is only applicable for ages 5‑15;

(2) Applicable for children aged 0‑4;

(3) It is recommended to confirm with each attraction or tour operator whether infants are accepted and/or if an entrance fee is required;

Redemption Period

The voucher is valid for 365 days from the order confirmation date, expiring at 23:59 on the last day

Cancellation policy

Conditional cancellation & changes apply.Eligible for refund or exchange if the following conditions are met.

If cancelled within 90 days after order confirmation, a 0% cancellation fee will be charged.

If cancelled from 90 days after order confirmation, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

The voucher can be used within the redemption period; no refund will be given if the voucher/ticket has been redeemed or has expired.

No refund will be given if an activity has been attended, an attraction has been entered, or a ticket has been used.

If you wish to change the booking details, please cancel and rebook.
