(3) It is recommended to confirm with each attraction or tour operator whether infants are accepted and/or if an entrance fee is required;
The voucher is valid for 365 days from the order confirmation date, expiring at 23:59 on the last day

(4) Most attractions do not require advance booking, but popular attractions require advance booking;
(5) When browsing attractions in the app, look for the “Booking Required” mark; if booking is needed, click on the attraction to get booking information;
If cancelled within 90 days after order confirmation, a 0% cancellation fee will be charged.
If cancelled from 90 days after order confirmation, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
The voucher can be used within the redemption period; no refund will be given if the voucher/ticket has been redeemed or has expired.
No refund will be given if an activity has been attended, an attraction has been entered, or a ticket has been used.
If you wish to change the booking details, please cancel and rebook.
