Health restrictions: Persons with knee, ankle, shoulder, back, or neck injuries, heart disease or other health conditions, and pregnant women are prohibited from entering the park; visitors under 18 must have parental consent and supervision (1 adult : 5 children), children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult at a 1:1 ratio

Entry requirements: Height must be at least 3.5 feet, entry is prohibited under the influence of alcohol or drugs, watches, jewellery, keys, and other items must be removed before entering the park (can be stored in the lounge)

Time regulations: Latecomers cannot extend their usage time, must arrive 1 hour before the start time for check‑in, safety briefing, wearing life jackets, and parking procedures

Liability notice: The park is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings; liability for damage to facilities caused by negligence shall be borne; the management is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow rules

Others: Some attractions may be temporarily closed due to season or maintenance, which does not constitute grounds for a refund; Go Pro and other cameras, selfie sticks of specified specifications, and floating devices are permitted

Includes a Php500 food and beverage voucher, non‑refundable, non‑exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions

Cannot be used to pay service charges; discounts for persons with disabilities and senior citizens apply only to the amount exceeding the voucher value

Must be fully used by 4:30 PM on the booking date; any unused balance will be forfeited; after 4:30 PM, it can only be used to purchase canned/bottled beverages (until 5:30 PM)

The food and beverage voucher is valid only on the booked participation date; the resort operates until 6:00 PM

Rescheduling incurs a PHP200 handling fee, subject to availability of the time slot

Guests who do not enter the park must apply for a date change within 7 days of the booking date; failure to change within 7 days will result in forfeiture of the slot

In case of park closure due to bad weather or pandemic lockdown, a free reschedule is allowed within 3 months of the booking date; no refunds will be given
