Each group can book a maximum of 20 tickets. Group bookings exceeding 20 persons are not accepted.

Environmental and Tourism Administration Fee (ETAF) of Php 20.00 is payable on‑site.

Bus: Take Victory Liner buses to Subic Bay Freeport Zone, with terminals in Pasay, Caloocan, Sampaloc, and Cubao; Car: Take the North Luzon Expressway to the San Fernando exit, then turn onto the Tipo‑Subic Expressway to reach Subic Bay Freeport Zone, following signs towards Olongapo.

Animal Encounter Shows are only available on Saturdays and Sundays, with sessions at 10:30 and 13:30 (this show is not included in the evening package).

Children under 90cm in height can enter for free.

Face masks and face shields are mandatory; this is a self‑guided tour; the park does not provide shuttle services between attractions; please drive your own vehicle.
