Boarding Time: Please arrive at Sunrise Pier boarding point 15 minutes before the cruise departure and present your boarding pass at the ticket counter

(1) Seat selection is not permitted;

(2) Dining location will depend on the menu you selected. Guests choosing different menus may not be seated together;

(3) If you are a large group with 2 or more bookings, please inform the supplier in advance. We will try our best to arrange seating at the same table. Failure to notify in advance may result in no guarantee of being seated together;

(4) If you have any dietary restrictions due to allergies, personal preferences, religious reasons, pregnancy, dietary habits, or medical advice, please inform the supplier in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Failure to notify in advance may result in the inability to provide corresponding arrangements;

(5) Generally, the itinerary will proceed as scheduled and is not affected by rain. However, if extreme weather is forecast that may affect navigation safety, the route may be altered or cancelled. No refund will be provided for route changes. In case of cancellation, passengers will be notified separately;

(6) If a passenger has not arrived 15 minutes before departure, we may call to confirm their location;
