Those with the following medical conditions must provide a doctor's consent letter before participation (a copy of the medical report can be requested from our customer service):
(1) History of medication for asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, heart disease, or hypertension diagnosed by a physician after adulthood;
(2) History of pneumothorax;

The PADI Open Water Diving Course at Liuqiu (Xiao Liuqiu) by Liuqiu Dive is the top choice for outlying island diving in Taiwan! This area boasts one of the highest densities of sea turtles in the world, along with rich coral reef ecosystems and tropical fish schools, making it a natural underwater aquarium. It takes just 20‑25 minutes by boat from Donggang in Pingtung, and a 30‑minute scooter ride around the island, making itinerary planning super convenient.
The course is taught by internationally certified instructors with full Chinese‑language guidance, so beginners and experienced divers alike can learn with confidence. From basic knowledge, shore equipment practice and confined water training, to open water practice at depths of 7‑10 metres, you will gradually master diving skills and obtain the globally recognised PADI certification.
The climate here is mild all year round and unaffected by the northeast monsoon, so you can dive into the blue waters at any time, swim alongside green sea turtles, visit the clownfish castle, and admire staghorn corals, giant clams and other marine life up close. The course includes full equipment, hot and cold water showers and free lockers — thoughtful services that let you fully enjoy the diving experience.
