Children aged 16‑17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on the day of the skydive.
Wear loose, casual clothing and fully enclosed sports shoes; hiking boots and high heels are not recommended on the day of the skydive.

Participating in a skydiving activity itself is dangerous and may involve risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, risks arising from prevailing conditions such as weather or your own health condition. Even when carefully packed, the parachute may open suddenly or fail to open properly, potentially causing injury. The aircraft may experience unforeseen incidents during flight, descent, or landing.
Skydiving activities are undertaken at your own risk. Any person undertaking a skydive, skydive training, boarding any aircraft used for skydiving, or participating in any activity organised by Skydive Australia must expressly understand that they do so entirely at their own risk.
Instructors can accommodate individuals weighing up to 110kg, subject to assessment and approval by the safety officer.
Participants weighing over 95kg are required to pay an additional fee, payable on‑site: AUD55 for 95kg‑104kg, AUD80 for 105kg‑114kg.

(4) Skydiving activities are subject to weather conditions, so please allow sufficient time. Keep your smartphone reachable; if conditions are unfavourable on the day, the operator will contact you. You may also call 1300 815 253 for enquiries on the day; otherwise, your skydiving itinerary will be deemed to proceed as scheduled.

Head to your chosen skydiving location in the Cairns region and get ready for an adrenaline‑pumping thrill at one of the world's best skydiving spots!
At the selected location, meet your skydiving support team, including your tandem instructor and safety officer, who will train you on all safety procedures and answer any questions you have about skydiving. Once you've got all the info, gear up and quickly ascend to 15,000 feet. Your tandem instructor will strap you in and take care of all the technical details, allowing you to fully enjoy the experience.
Freefall for 60 seconds at speeds of up to 200 km/h and soak in the views! Your tandem instructor will handle the parachute deployment; in case of an emergency, all parachutes are equipped with the latest AAD technology that automatically opens at a preset altitude. Float in the air for 5‑7 minutes, enjoy a bird's‑eye view of the Great Barrier Reef, and then land back on the ground — a truly unforgettable experience!
