Voucher is valid for 5 days from the date of exchange/activation, expiring at 23:59 on the last day
Physical pass can be exchanged within 90 days from the booking date and must be activated within 30 days after exchange

Children aged 0‑1 are free of charge
Each ticketed adult may bring up to 2 children (aged 1‑5) free of charge on the tour, but children cannot occupy separate seats. From the 3rd child onwards, a child ticket must be purchased for each additional child
JR Pass is only applicable to non‑Japanese passport holders with a "Temporary Visitor" visa. Non‑Japanese passport holders with permanent residency in Japan are not eligible
Please obtain the "Temporary Visitor" stamp/sticker upon entry in order to legally use the JR Pass. If you use the automated gates, you will not be able to obtain the said stamp/sticker
Once the booking is confirmed, the e‑voucher will be sent to your email immediately
Present your e‑exchange voucher and passport to exchange for the physical ticket at the airport or major train stations at the Green Ticket Office
Seat reservations can be made at the ticket office with station staff

Partial refund policy: Redeemed physical tickets can be refunded at JR ticket offices (Midori-no-madoguchi), subject to a 10% handling fee.
Vouchers can be used within the redemption period. No refund will be given if the voucher/ticket has been redeemed or has expired.
Cancellation of order before voucher redemption will incur a 0% cancellation fee.

Which Shinkansen and JR trains are covered?
The JR Kansai‑Hiroshima Area Pass allows travel on numerous trains within the designated area. It covers reserved seats on the bullet train “Sanyo Shinkansen” (including the Hello Kitty Shinkansen) running between Shin‑Osaka and Hiroshima. It also includes reserved seats on limited express trains such as Haruka, Kuroshio, Thunderbird, Kounotori, and Super Hakuto. JR West Japan conventional lines’ Special Rapid, Rapid, and Local trains are also included, as well as West Japan JR Bus routes within the valid area, JR West Japan Miyajima Ferry, excluding highway buses.
Which areas are NOT covered by the JR Kansai‑Hiroshima Area Pass?
The JR Kansai‑Hiroshima Area Pass does not cover certain train services, such as the “Tokai Shinkansen” between Shin‑Osaka and Tokyo; the “Sanyo Shinkansen” between Hiroshima and Hakata; and the “Kyushu Shinkansen” between Hakata and Kagoshima‑Chuo.
