Hokkaido JR Pass Rail Pass

The voucher is valid for 90 days from the order confirmation date, expiring at 23:59 on the last day.

Please present the e‑voucher.

(1) Free for children aged 0‑5;

(2) Each ticket‑holding adult can bring up to 2 children (aged 1‑5) for free on the trip, but children cannot occupy separate seats. For the 3rd child and above, an additional child ticket must be purchased for each extra child;

(3) This offer is only applicable to non‑Japanese passport holders. JR Pass is not applicable to foreign passport holders with permanent residency in Japan;

(4) From 1 April 2025, it is no longer necessary to present the "Short‑Term Stay" stamp/sticker;

(1) After order confirmation, the e‑voucher will be sent to your email immediately;

(2) Upon arrival in Japan, if you need to collect the JR Pass, please present the Exchange Order and your passport at any JR ticket office at the airport or major stations;

(3) The e‑Exchange Order is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please redeem it for the JR Pass within 90 days;

(4) Please note that only Exchange Orders issued in your own name can be used to redeem the JR Pass;

When redeeming the pass, please ensure you select an activation date within 30 days of redemption.

(1) Seat reservations can only be made after redeeming the JR Pass;

(2) Seats can be reserved at JR ticket offices (Midori‑no‑madoguchi) through railway staff or at designated seat reservation ticket machines at major JR Hokkaido stations;

(3) Please refer to the Chinese, English, and Korean operation guides for tutorials on how to reserve seats using the machines;

(1) Staff can provide accessibility assistance services;

(2) Up to two pieces of luggage are allowed, with total dimensions (length + width + height) not exceeding 250 cm (longest side up to 2 metres), and each piece weighing no more than 30 kg;
