(1) Luggage storage service is available free of charge;
(2) Return time is before 17:00 on the same day. Late return of the kimono will incur an extension fee of JPY 1,000 per person for every 10 minutes (cash payment);
(3) Next‑day return is free of charge (registration is required at the front desk). The fee for returning the kimono the next day without registration is JPY 550 per person. Please communicate with the staff and pay on‑site;
(4) Kimono insurance: The store follows a waiver of liability system. If you are worried about damaging the kimono, you may purchase additional items at the store (please consult the staff for details);
(5) For safety reasons, this product is not suitable for pregnant women. We appreciate your understanding;
(6) The time for selecting and wearing the kimono is approximately 1 to 1.5 hours;
(7) Depending on the actual situation on the day, you may need to wait on‑site. We appreciate your understanding;
(8) Please arrive at the venue on the booked date and time. Latecomers will not be allowed to wait;
