According to Taiwan law, children aged 0‑3 must use an approved child safety seat when travelling by car. Please book in advance if travelling with a child.

If the group size or luggage quantity exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse service, and no refund will be issued.

Pets, ski equipment, surfboards, wheelchairs, golf clubs, and other large items are not permitted.

9‑Seater Vehicle

Model: VW T6 / HYUNDAI Starex

Capacity: Max 8 passengers + 6 standard‑sized luggage (equivalent to 6 pieces of 28‑inch luggage)

Note: The trip may be arranged by taxi at no extra charge; vehicle colour and model cannot be specified and will be assigned on the day.

Standard luggage size: 76 cm x 51 cm x 32 cm. Large luggage or luggage exceeding 28 inches is counted as 2 pieces.

5‑seater vehicle (Cross / RAV4 / Altis / Camry) max load: 2 pieces of 28‑inch luggage; 9‑seater vehicle (T6) max load: 6 pieces of 28‑inch luggage.

Fuel, tolls, parking fees, insurance provided by the activity organiser, welcome service, one‑way transfer; 5‑seater vehicle corresponds to 1‑4 passengers + 2 pieces of 26‑inch luggage, 9‑seater vehicle corresponds to 1‑8 passengers + 7 pieces of 26‑inch luggage.

Seat reservation fee, ticket service fee, excess or overweight luggage fee, other personal expenses, gratuities, child seat fee.

Payment must be made directly to the driver in cash.

For locations not listed above and outside Taipei city centre, the HOPETRIP customer service team will contact you to inform you of the surcharge amount.

The voucher is valid only on the specified date and time. Please present the e‑voucher upon use.

Please select the flight arrival date on the payment page (e.g., if the flight arrives at 00:00 on 2 May, select 2 May).

Free waiting time: The driver will wait up to 90 minutes from the flight arrival time. An additional TWD200 will be charged for every 30 minutes thereafter.

If the passenger does not show up on time, the driver will leave after a maximum wait of 15 minutes, and no refund will be issued.

Service hours: Daytime 06:00‑22:59, Night‑time 23:00‑05:59, based on the boarding time.
