Taipei Beitou Cannon Rock Climbing Experience

Please trim your fingernails and toenails before departure to avoid injury or bleeding while climbing.

If you have long hair, tie it up before rock climbing or rappelling to prevent it from getting caught in ropes or equipment.

Wear trousers that cover your knees to avoid abrasions from rocks; wear elastic sportswear and sports shoes. Do not wear jeans or slippers.

Bring your own drinking water and snacks.

Inclusions: professional certified instructor, safety equipment, photography fee, guidance fee, activity insurance

Total duration: 3 hours

Meeting time: 09:00 / 13:30

Activity flow: safety briefing and warm‑up → equipment familiarisation and fitting → basic knot‑tying lesson → climbing techniques and command instructions → climbing experience

End time: 12:00 / 17:30

Eligibility: participants must be aged 12 or above and weigh between 0 ‑ 100 kg.

Minimum group size is 8 persons; if the minimum is not met, you may apply for a reschedule or a full refund.

Pre‑trip notice (including instructor contact information) will be sent via email 3 days before departure.

Rock climbing is physically demanding; please ensure you have adequate sleep the night before the activity.

The organiser may adjust the activity content based on participants’ conditions and weather.

Follow the instructor’s directions and do not leave the group or act alone. Observe the Leave No Trace principles and do not leave any rubbish.

There are no public toilets at the activity venue; it is recommended to use the restroom at Longfeng Valley Visitor Service Station before gathering.

In case of severe weather or uncontrollable events, the activity may be cancelled, and you may apply for a reschedule or a full refund.

This activity is not suitable for users of baby strollers or wheelchairs.

Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact customer service.

Cancellation policy: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity; full refund for cancellations due to force majeure or extreme weather; no refund for failing to check in on time on the day.

Usage instructions: present your e‑voucher on the specified date and time, and arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the activity starts.
